I don’t think I’m being picky here, but trying to manage my account was annoying. The password reset took way longer than I expected, and I spent too much time looking for where to update some basic details. I feel like account settings should be simple to find and use, so this really could be made easier.

I ordered a basket from gopherbasket.com thinking it would be decent for the price, but as soon as I opened the box I felt misled. The material felt flimsy, the stitching was uneven, and one side already looked bent like it had been used or poorly made. It definitely didn’t match what I was expecting from the site. Really disappointing, and I don’t see it lasting long at all. I wouldn’t order from them again

I’m always a little nervous ordering from places because I don’t want to get fooled by something showing as available when it really isn’t. But every time I checked, most of the items were actually in stock, even the stuff I couldn’t find anywhere nearby. i was relieved and happy with the experience.

I tried to return my order and ended up getting caught in a bunch of frustrating rules that made the whole process way harder than it needed to be. As someone who values straightforward customer service, this was disappointing.

I tried ordering from gopherbasket.com because they were advertising a promo, but am I missing something? By the time I added everything to my cart, the discount was barely noticeable, and a few items apparently didn’t qualify at all.
Maybe there was some fine print I overlooked, but it felt more like a way to get me to place an order than an actual deal. I don’t think I’d bother using them again just for a promo.

The rewards did help me save a bit, which is great. I mean, I’m totally calm about it, but it would’ve been nice if they felt a little more worthwhile or easier to use. Still, I did get some value out of it, so there’s that.

I was ready to try it and kind of excited, but after putting in my address and checking a couple times it turns out they don’t even deliver to my area, so there’s not much else to say except it’s disappointing.

Most of my order was fine, but there were two items in my basket that were wrong. I had left the details clearly, so it kind of felt like nobody actually read the message before putting it together.

After I placed my order, I barely heard anything from them. I kept checking my email like a fool while making coffee in the morning, but there were no real updates unless I reached out first. My order showed up fine, so no issue there, but the driver was kind of a jerk. I asked one simple question and he acted like I was wasting his whole day. Barely said anything, shoved the bag over, and took off like he couldn’t be bothered. Not the worst delivery ever, but definitely not a great experience

My snap judgment is this wasn’t handled well. I’m still waiting on my refund, and it feels like it’s taking forever.

I ordered from gopherbasket.com the substitutions were the most frustrating part. A bunch of my items got swapped out with barely any heads-up, and while a couple of them were fine, some just had me thinking, why is this so complicated?

I specifically picked no-sugar yogurt and ended up with the regular one, which I didn’t want at all. They also sent a different bread that my kids won’t even eat, so that was basically useless for us. I really wish they either asked first or made it super simple to reject substitutions.
The delivery itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. But the weird swaps kind of ruined the order for me, and I’m not sure I’d use them again unless they make that whole process easier

As someone who always compares prices before buying anything, I’ve used gopherbasket.com a few times now and I’ve been happy with it overall. The prices were better than a few other sites I checked, and everything showed up in decent shape, so it felt like I was getting good value for what I paid.
